My path into growth analytics ran through operations. I spent five years building the reporting and analytics function for a national clinical team, and now I apply the same approach to agent growth.

2026 – now

Sr. Growth Reporting & Insights Analyst

Keller Williams Realty International · Growth Team

  • Analyze drivers of agent growth, productivity, profitability, and Market Center health across Division, Region, and Market Center levels, and turn trends into recommendations for leadership.
  • Building a national growth scorecard that ranks Market Centers company-wide to guide coaching, performance conversations, and leadership priorities.
  • Built interactive dashboards with Region-to-Market Center drill-downs, leaderboards, and trend views across agent count, gross and net agent gain, GCI, and profit.
  • Developed a Python toolkit that generates branded monthly performance decks from Excel source data, turning hours of manual slide work into a repeatable month-end process.
  • Built SOPs and streamlined operations behind finance lending programs, mapping workflows to standardize execution.
  • Serve on the Market Center Investment Committee, supporting capital allocation oversight and performance review.

  • Led go-to-market strategy, market segmentation, and pricing for the launch of a Texas-licensed private-pay home care service.
  • Built the CRM pipeline and target-market prospect databases across senior living and healthcare referral segments.
2020 – 2025

Manager, Clinical Operations

  • Designed and scaled OKR dashboards for 650+ front-line staff that informed staffing, training, and six-figure incentive allocation decisions.
  • Founded a four-person Operations Analytics Team to centralize reporting on productivity, quality, and performance.
  • Automated weekly productivity reporting with VBA and standardized ETL pipelines (SSMS, Snowflake, Power BI), saving 10+ hours per week.
  • Managed a nationwide team of 19 nurses on cardiology and radiology prior authorization, consistently meeting turnaround and quality targets.
